Yes, if the dispute is raised within the window and ruled in your favor. Once you confirm delivery, refunds are no longer available.

How long does escrow last?+

Escrow lasts for the seller’s stated delivery time plus a confirmation window. If you don’t confirm or dispute by the deadline, it auto-releases to the seller.

Is my payment info safe?+

Payments are processed by Paystack. TrustCart does not store your card or MoMo credentials — only payment confirmation and transaction metadata.
