Order verification runs for a window based on the agreed delivery timeframe plus 5 days for confirmation. If you haven't confirmed receipt or raised a dispute by the end of that window, funds are automatically released to the seller.

TrustCart reviews the order record and evidence from both parties, records a case outcome, and communicates the next step. Delivery confirmation normally completes protected checkout, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

TrustCart uses Paystack for payment processing, which supports debit/credit cards, Mobile Money, and bank transfers within Ghana.

All payment processing is handled by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. TrustCart never stores your card or mobile money credentials.

Yes. Your Buyer Center account works across TrustCart storefronts. It keeps your TrustCart orders, saved items, and delivery locations together.

You receive payment once the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically when the confirmation window expires if no dispute is raised.

Protected Checkout is 2.5% + GH₵1 on Core and Starter, 1.5% + GH₵1 on Pro, and 1% + GH₵1 on Business. Eligible trusted sellers can use Instant Payout at 3% + GH₵1. Paystack processing fees are separate and paid by the seller.

You'll receive a notification and a response deadline on the case. Submit relevant delivery, listing, and communication evidence; admin then reviews the complete order record and both parties' evidence.

Yes. Core supports product checkout links. Storefront Starter publishes up to 20 products, Pro up to 100, and Business has no storefront product limit. A downgrade never deletes saved products.

Payouts are sent to your registered Mobile Money or Ghanaian bank account.

No. Instant Payout is earned through verification, a good TrustCart history, and approval. It cannot be purchased with a subscription.
